Shoulder bridge

  • Start face up with knees bent, feet flat on the mat, and arms alongside the torso.
  • Exhale and roll the hips off the mat toward the ceiling.
  • While in this position, extend the right leg straight and kick it up to the ceiling with a pointed toe.
  • Flex the heel and lower the leg back down to the level of the knee. 
  • Repeat this motion three times, and then place the right foot back on the mat.
  • Extend the left leg and repeat the same movement, then roll the hips back down to the mat.
